I travel to you to provide mobile notary, loan signing, and I-9 verification services at your home or business, and at hospitals and care facilities throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania, focusing on the Main Line, the I-476 corridor from Audubon to Media/Swarthmore, Center City, and surrounding communities in:
Main Line, Lower Merion & Radnor, such as Villanova, Wynnewood, Bala Cynwyd, Ardmore, Bryn Mawr, Wayne, Paoli, Malvern, Devon, & Chesterbrook
Delaware County, such as Media, Swarthmore, Folsom, Havertown, Upper Darby, Drexel Hill, Broomall, Newtown Square, Yeadon, & Lansdowne
Upper Merion & Western Montgomery County, such as Audubon, King of Prussia, Norristown, Conshohocken, Plymouth Meeting, Whitemarsh, Blue Bell, and Valley Forge

What We Charge
What We Charge
Mobile Notary:
As a mobile notary service, we charge for the house call in addition to the state mandated notary fee. Our House Call fee is currently:
$55 for up to 30 minutes in our core area of the Main Line, Lower & Upper Merion, Radnor, and Delaware County.
$60 for up to 30 minutes in NW Philadelphia and the suburbs of Lafayette Hill, Flourtown, Erdenheim, and Wyndmoor.
$65 for up to 30 minutes in Center City Philadelphia, University City, and the Western & Southern Chester County communities listed in the Where We Go section above.
Additional time over 30 minutes is billed at $10 per quarter hour.
In addition to the House Call fee, the state mandated notary fee of $5 per notarial seal is added to the house call fee.
Loan Signings:
We charge a flat house call fee of $125 to $150, depending on distance travelled. There is no extra charge for the notary seals. If you need us to print your loan documents, there is a minimum fee of $20.
I-9 Verifications:
We charge a flat house call fee of $75, with no notary fees.
Printing:
We can print your documents and bring them to you. Loan package printing starts at $20. For all other printing, please contact us for an estimate.
Charges for parking and tolls will be added to the total.
